Terms of Use
By installing or using Vedetor, you agree to these terms.
1. Consent is required
Vedetor must only be installed on a device you own, or a device whose owner/user has been informed and has consented to being monitored. The monitored device always displays an on-screen notice confirming monitoring is active. Installing this app on someone else's device without their knowledge is a misuse of the app and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts and plans
The Free plan permits monitoring one device with limited features. The Personal and Business plans unlock live location, remote commands, and SOS, as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use Vedetor to stalk, harass, or monitor anyone without their knowledge in a manner not permitted by law.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding monitoring of minors or employees.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app outside its official distribution channels.
4. Availability
Vedetor relies on internet connectivity, SMS delivery, and third-party infrastructure (such as Google Firebase or, optionally, a domestic server). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of location or command features.
5. Business plan billing
Business plan pricing is arranged directly with our sales team and billed annually according to the agreed device count. Contact business@vedetor.com for a quote.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found to violate these terms, including confirmed misuse for non-consensual monitoring.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
